Taxi
The easiest way to arrive is to come by taxi – the taxi can drop you off outside the front door of the building
Once you are here you don’t need a car as everything is in very easy walking distance. We recommend the following Nerja based taxi company – they know exactly where they are going and are cheaper than getting a taxi at the airport.

Hire Car
If you decide to hire a car, please allow extra time to collect the car from the hire company (bear in mind there are usually queues at the hire desks) and please work out in advance what route you are going to take – Nerja is a small old town with a confusing one way system, we recommend that you put your destination in your navigation app on your phone. Once you arrive at the building you can stop outside to drop your passengers and luggage off, but you can not park outside at any time (there are disabled spaces at the end of the road). You can find spaces on the neighbouring streets, or pay to park at the municipal car park at Plaza España (which is 10 minutes walk from the apartment).

Public Transport
You can get the bus from Malaga airport (change in Malaga centre). The bus station in Nerja is at the top of the town and is a 15 minute walk from the apartment (you can also get a taxi at the bus station if you don’t want to walk).

Turn down this street from the main road (you can see the apartments on the right).
Torresol Building
This is the front door to the apartment building – entryphone buzzers on the left of the door. Note the parking restriction – no parking at any time. You can stop here to drop off your luggage then find a space on the neighbouring streets. All the on street parking is free, but make sure you park legally. There are a few small open air car parks in the neighbourhood – these cost €1 to park (as long as you want) and are a good option if you can find a space.
Code pad to the left of the front door. Press the KEY symbol (circled on the photo below) followed by the code we have supplied you with on the Number pad and then the KEY symbol again. The door lock will buzz and you can go in.
The apartment is on the third floor. Either go up in the lift or use the stairs.
When you come out of the lift/stairs turn left outside onto the walkway.
Turn left at the end of the walkway and Apartment 316 is the second door on the right. Open the key box with the code we have given you (please close it, scramble the code and slide the flap back up when you have your keys). The yellow key opens the yellow lock, the round silver key the middle lock (the green key opens the building front door).
